These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the user and the Dackatra Application (“Dackatra”, “Application”, “We”, or “Us”), and govern your use of the Dackatra platform and all related services. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Application, as your use of the platform constitutes your full acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein
Introduction
Dackatra aims to provide reliable and accessible healthcare-related services by connecting users with qualified and licensed healthcare providers, including doctors, hospitals, laboratories, radiology centers, nursing providers, home healthcare services, and other healthcare-related services.
Dackatra operates solely as a digital technology intermediary between users and healthcare providers and does not provide direct medical diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.
You must agree to all Terms & Conditions before using the Application. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you should immediately discontinue use of the platform and website.
Legal Age
By using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the platform under the supervision and approval of a parent or legal guardian.
Intellectual Property Rights
Dackatra retains all intellectual property rights related to the Application, website, software, content, trademarks, databases, designs, and related materials.
Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, reselling, exploiting, or modifying any part of the platform without prior written approval from Dackatra. Legal action may be taken against any violation of these rights.
Use of the Application
Users agree to use the platform lawfully and refrain from any misuse of the services or actions that may harm the Application, its systems, or other users.
Users are prohibited from:
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Uploading false, misleading, or forged medical information or documents
- Using the platform for illegal purposes
- Misusing appointment or consultation services
- Attempting unauthorized access, hacking, or disrupting the platform
- Uploading unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Dackatra reserves the right to suspend or terminate violating accounts without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
All services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Dackatra provides a digital platform that facilitates access to healthcare providers and related services, including appointment booking, online consultations, home healthcare services, laboratories, radiology services, and other healthcare-related services. The platform acts solely as a technical intermediary.
Dackatra does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, suitability, effectiveness, or availability of services provided by healthcare providers and shall not be held responsible for any medical errors, delays, cancellations, malpractice, negligence, damages, injuries, complications, or losses caused by third-party providers.
Users bear full responsibility for their medical decisions and use of services available through the platform.
Medical Consultations & Emergency Cases
The Application is not intended for emergency or life-threatening medical situations.
In case of medical emergencies, users should immediately contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital or healthcare facility.
Online consultations may also be affected by technical limitations such as weak internet connection, interrupted calls, or poor audio/video quality. Dackatra shall not be liable for any damages or consequences resulting from such technical issues.
Artificial Intelligence & Analytical Services
Dackatra may provide certain AI-powered tools or analytical services designed to improve user experience and offer supportive healthcare or mental health insights.
Users acknowledge and agree that AI-related services:
- Do not constitute final medical diagnosis
- Do not replace consultation with licensed healthcare professionals
- Are provided for informational and supportive purposes only
Users remain fully responsible for consulting qualified healthcare professionals before making any medical decisions.
Third-Party Services
The Application may rely on external technical and operational service providers, including but not limited to:
- Firebase
- Cloud hosting services
- Electronic payment gateways
- Analytics and notification services
Users acknowledge and agree that certain information may be processed or stored through such third-party systems in accordance with their operational and security practices.
Viruses & Technical Issues
Dackatra makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform security and protect against viruses, cyberattacks, spyware, and technical issues. However, we cannot guarantee that the Application will always remain free from technical failures, interruptions, or security incidents.
Accordingly, Dackatra disclaims any liability for damages, losses, interruptions, or data breaches resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.
Accuracy of Information
Dackatra strives to provide accurate and updated information whenever possible. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of all healthcare-related content or information available through the platform.
Users should always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making any medical or treatment-related decisions.
Electronic Payments
Users may pay for services either in cash or through the electronic payment methods available within the Application, including bank cards, digital wallets, and instant payment services.
Dackatra may collect payments on behalf of healthcare providers depending on the type of service provided.
Users agree to pay all applicable fees and charges on time. Dackatra reserves the right to modify pricing, fees, offers, or promotional services at any time.
Refund Policy
Users may request cancellation or refunds for paid services in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy of each service.
Approved refunds are processed through the electronic payment gateway and the user's financial institution according to the timelines determined by such institutions, without direct control by Dackatra.
If a user fails to attend a booked appointment without canceling at least two hours prior to the appointment time, Dackatra reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee equal to 15% of the service value.
Account Suspension & Termination
Dackatra reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in cases including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Abuse or misuse of services
- Submission of misleading or forged information
- Illegal or suspicious activity
- Security threats affecting the platform or users
Termination or suspension may result in loss of access to certain data or services, and Dackatra shall not be liable for such consequences.
Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion at any time in accordance with the application's Privacy Policy. Certain records or data may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, regulatory, security, or dispute resolution purposes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from the use of Dackatra shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo, Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes. Users expressly agree to this jurisdiction.
Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Dackatra reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with applicable laws, operational requirements, technological developments, or service updates.
Continued use of the platform after publishing updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.Users may request account deletion at any time in accordance with the application’s Privacy Policy.
